This is a modular touch screen wall light. This design allows the user to effectively swipe where they want or need light, it turns the walls into a canvas for illumination using their hand as the brush. This product provides the opportunity for a lighting solution and is environment friendly as it saves electricity.

The product consists of multiple plastic hexagons that can be connected via magnets and the magnets that form the physical connection between components also allow the electricity to pass through from one piece to another.

How does this work?The wall lamp is turned on and off through the physical touch from the user. Using capacitive sensors as the switch, when the user's body comes into contact with the surface it will toggle each component on or off. This design allows the user to effectively swipe where they want or need light. Turning the interior architecture into a canvas for illumination with the user's hand as the brush.

Do you remember learning this concept using the IR sensor in the Foundation Level? You can also control this by using LED's and Arduino Board that is used in the Advance Level. So just go ahead and make such illuminating products in your surroundings with the concepts that you have learned.
