If the cow has been milked too recently, the gates open and send her back out. A robotic arm with a spinning orange-and-white brush extends and gently rolls along the underside of her belly, simultaneously cleaning the teats and stimulating them, prompting the cow to let her milk down.
Then comes another arm holding four plastic tubes, which are attached to a transparent tank. One by one, it places the open ends of the tubes onto the teats, it finds the teat by laser!! The tubes then function as little vacuums that suck the milk out at a rate customized to each cow's production.
Isn't amazing to build a robot like this? You would have studied about the sensors in our foundation level and how to code them in the Advance Level right? You can easily build a robot with our kits, like, you can use the dc motor for brushing and you can build an arm with the servo motor(you can use soft materials at the edges of the arm) for milking!!
