Disney has developed a new method to remotely control puppets without the use of motors.The pair of robot arms are connected only by flexible pneumatic tubing (tubing that uses compressed air).There are no pumps, valves, sensors, motors, or electronic controllers used. The connection between the two arms is made entirely by air pressure, allowing a large separation between the character and the puppeteer.

Any motors needed for the puppets can be placed in the body, leaving the arms much lighter for faster and more graceful motion. This concept can be used in the animatronic characters used in movies and TV shows appear to be far more lifelike and fluid.

As local governments across cities and states are taking action to stem the rapid rise in cases of Covid-19, certain restrictions are being put in place that impact delivery and warehouse operations also in certain Pin-codes.
Most of these impacts are small this time and we are working to ensure a smooth and delightful delivery experience for our customers, nevertheless there might be some delay in delivering orders in certain pin codes.
