This time in Bangalore region with a bigger motto of creating a network of like minded peoples, makers and innovators to join hands and create the future! It’s the stage for all the Maker’s out there to showcase their talents with innovation, creativity, energy and fun.

Competitions / Games

Robo Sumo

Design and build a remote controlled robot to play sumo against another robot. The robots will have to try and push the opponent out of the ring to win the game.

Robo Soccer

Design and build a remote controlled Robot, the players must control their Robots and score a goal against the opponent. The ball will be placed in the center of the arena.

Self Driving Car

Design and build an Autonomous line tracer cum obstacle avoiding Robot which can finish the given path accurately and reaching the destination within the shortest time.

Innovation Expo

To provide solutions for various problems faced in various fields. It’s time to showcase your projects. The best projects will be judged based on innovation & application.

Walk a mile Marathon

Design and build a walking Robot ( Legged ). To be controlled manually by remote control or by gestures. The robots will be competing against each other at the same time.

Speed IT up

Design and build a wireless remote controlled All Terrain Robot which can race against others in a given track. The Robot which completes the track in best time is the winner.


The Objectives Behind The SPARC Challenge Are:

  • To encourage innovation in design among young maker’s and provide them with a platform to showcase their works.
  • To provide a platform to the Young makers to test their skill, understand the outputs, get exposure from their counterparts and get feedback to fine tune their design/ideas.
  • To inculcate in the general public an understanding and appreciation of robotics.
  • To educate people and create awareness on the things robot/automation can do that are quite apart from industrial tasks
  • To help in the development of not just the technical skills but also work-life skills at such young ages.

With The Aim To Reach Heights And Fulfill The Objectives, This Edition Has Been Planned To Feature The Following Competitions
