This Morphex is a six-legged walking robot that can transform its sectioned-off body into a sphere, then roll around on the ground. This robot rolls freely like a ball and has different sort of locomotion for moving in any direction. It can transform from a sphere shape into a hexapod and vice versa.

Morphex's body is split into two hemispheres, each divided up into six extending parts that allow the ball to push itself along the ground, handling both inclines and obstacles. High Accuracy is achieved with the help of the board IMU(Inertial Measurement Unit) which contains accelerometer and gyroscope. Because of this, Morphex can gauge orientation and speed, stabilizing and controlling its rolling motion.
