It is always a great pleasure when your proudest accomplishments get attention from the loudest sections of people.
On 27/06/17 our Bengaluru community members were invited to showcase their project ‘BOB’ - Butler O Bistro Exclusively at Innovation Expo conducted annually by Caterpillar a leading technology builder, manufacturing machinery for construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines, industrial gas turbines and diesel-electric locomotives.

It was a bright day for Caterpillar and our SPRW community, our SPRW community members Varsha and Anish showcased Butler ‘O’ Bistro -“BOB” in their Innovation expo.
Speaking about the experience, one of our community member Varsha who attended the expo said “It was an great experience for us, It was very exciting to meet those people(Caterpillar Engineers). We showed them the working of BOB they were amazed to see our robot moving around in their carpet floor.

we were a little afraid that it wont be moving as the carper was grey and we used a black line but thankfully it traced the line correctly".
The caterpillar workers were amazed to see our young creators and our community built serve bot “BOB”.
BOB developed by our community members - Arjun (age 13), Anish (12), Srivatsan (13), Varsha (20) and Rajesh Varma (Arjun’s Father) has reached a N number of audience.
