Build a robotic head and operate it at your finger tips!!!!!

Isn't it true that every kid had dreamed of having their own Robot or version of a robot like Robby, the robot? If you ask me, I will definitely say Yes. Now I will tell you something which will really amaze you, yes its a robot named TJ which is a remote controlled human head and is 3/5 the size of a human head. The facial expression of the robot can be controlled in real-time using a micro servo and Arduino board likewise we can even construct this using SPduino and servo in the Advance level kit. The joystick and the 4 buttons on the board are basically used to operate the robots facial features.

This customized robot is made of fibreboard which can make its eyes and mouth move. It has 3 tiny motors and a controller board as this board acts as a brain for TJ. Their eyes can be moved in all direction with the help of a joystick as previously said. It is made up of paper skin to make it more representable. Further research is being done on the paper that is used for the skin and for eyes which can be replaced by LEDs. Also, the research is going on for the next version that will be to smile and frown and raise eyebrows using two more servos.
