COMPETITION FAQs

Summer Competition on Robotics to win a Trip to NASA or Program at IIT Madras Research Park

We at SP Robotics Maker Lab believe in providing a platform for our students to showcase their projects and to get recognized for their ideas. They learn to think on their feet, solve problems, plan and execute better. These are some valuable skills gained through Participation.
A project at Summer Camp can bring you a visit to NASA or who knows, may be a billion dollar idea too!
Children are curious by nature. They want to learn new things. And when they learn new things the right way, they also tend to absorb & retain those learnings.
A trip to NASA would provide an opportunity to visit the Robotics capital of the world. Students will get a chance to see an exhibition of Robots, and interact with leading tech minds from NASA.
This could also make them aspire for bigger things.

Every child has hidden talents – this is a platform to unveil it! Your child’s academic skills has nothing to do with Robotics – this is complete practical and fun learning. Winners of previous Competitions have been average performers in academics. Your child will surprise you! Wait and watch!
Participation is more important than winning. Losing a Competition does not reflect the ability of your child. He/She will learn a lot from these Competitions. And this should help them win several Competitions that we conduct throughout the year. This is just a start!
