  • Must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
  • Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API's.
  • Deep functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc ..) is needed to be successful in this position.

  • Sales calls to proper prospective customer and need to ensure that they subscribe with us.
  • Responsible for up-sell of the products with existing customers.
  • Handling the customer query and forwarding it to concern department.
  • Helping to build good customer relations.
  • Providing help and advice for customers in using organization’s products and services.
  • Collecting feedback/complaints procedures for customers to use.
  • Investigating and solving customers' problems.
  • Achieving customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
  • Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes, establishing and communicating service metrics, monitoring and analyzing results.

  • Maintain the student database (which includes soft-copies and hard-copies of registrations, inquiries, feedback, circulars etc) and update the same regularly.
