  • Creating and conceptualizing content for Social Media handles; this would involve designing the post too.
  • Manages the flow of daily content onto the company’s official blog and Social Media Handle.
  • Helps develop & document procedures for managing Web content.
  • Moderating content that is contributed from external sources.
  • Monitors social media outlets and responds on topics related to company/industry.
  • Keeps up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, social media trends, web usability, web design, and business/industry trends.
  • Coordinate content creation & publishing of company newsletters (internal or external).
  • Prepare internal and external communications including announcements, press releases, quarterly corporate reports, presentations, technical documentation, sales support, etc as needed.
  • Design, build and maintain Social media presence by Creating posters, banners and videos.
  • Identifying the latest trends on Social Media and creating relevant content that could achieve virality and help improve the brand presence on Social Media.

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience in writing for the Web, content management and internet research.
  • Experience in writing blogs and giving attractive captions.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • A good understanding of electronic media tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral draw, Premier Pro etc.

  • Work towards building a vibrant tech-maker community in alignment with the company’s vision.
  • Improve Market reach for the product at various platforms by creating opportunities such as Expos, Awards, PR for the community to showcase its product at different platforms.
  • Engage the members of the maker community by arranging tech events, tech challenges, tours, real-time tech solutions etc.
  • Drive initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Handle queries from the community members on a daily basis.
  • Address the technical and general queries of the community members.
  • Creative iterative projects using the company’s products and display it on Social Media to market the product.
  • Conceptualise and implement plans on a regular basis to increase engagement within the community and its members.
  • Provide insights to content creators and editors to improve the appeal of the content to end users.
  • Keep the community members abreast with regular technology news and community achievements.
  • Systematize and document the community processes to derive valuable insights on the behaviour of the community.
  • Define and maintain metrics to measure the impact of community building activities.
